Body Talks
Workshop with Lau Lukkarila
In this workshop, Lau Lukarilla invites you to explore the group exhibition Subterranean. As always in Body Talks, the body – as a medium of artistic experience – remains at the heart of the session. Together with Lau Lukarilla, you will try out different movement and voice exercises to approach the themes of the exhibition. → Registration
The workshop begins with a short introductory talk (including names and pronouns), followed by a gentle warm-up. The main part focuses on shared artistic and bodily experience. Afterwards, participants can reflect on what they encountered in small groups before the session concludes with an individual cool-down.
The workshop is open to people of all ages and abilities, no previous dance or performance experience is required. However, a basic understanding of English is needed to follow the facilitation. If you have specific access needs, please indicate them when registering. Lau Lukarilla will do their best to make the workshop as comfortable and inclusive as possible. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
