With Through the lens of..., Kunstraum Niederoesterreich is launching a new format: a series of guided tours during which you can experience our exhibitions from the perspectives of a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds. Have you ever questioned contemporary art with a molecular biologist, a feminist pastor, or a sci-fi expert? Or stood in front of a work of art with artists, dancers, or activists, and debated its meaning and purpose?

Through the lens of... invites you to understand art through other socially relevant questions and explore new, interdisciplinary connections. Invited guests from various fields will guide you through our current exhibitions, offering personal, often surprising interpretations. As visitors, you are encouraged to engage in conversation, discuss, and expand your perspective on art together.
