Edgar Lissel
Born 1965 in Northeim;
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
1983–1986 trained as a lithographer;
1986–1991 studies in Communication Design at the Polytechnical School in Darmstadt;
1996 appointed to a position at the German Photography Academy (Deutsche Fotografische Akademie: DFA);
1998–1999 Guest lecturer at the Academy of Arts in Bremen;
2005 scholarship at the Villa Massimo/Casa Baldi, Rome;
since 2005 a member of the artistic staff at the Institute of Fine Arts and Media Art at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna
